Return Policy


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item received is incorrect.
  • The item is damaged upon arrival.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached and in original packaging.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable:

  • Hats and caps showing signs of wear.
  • Customised or personalised items.
  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged/incorrect upon receipt).

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at hatstreet@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order, providing:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos showing the issue
  2. Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

4. Inspection & Approval

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 3 business days. Items that do not meet the return conditions will be returned to you at your cost.


5. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for your desired product.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Order number
  • Photos showing the damage or incorrect item

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
