1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed on the next business day.
In rare cases of high order volumes, processing may take longer. We will notify you promptly of any delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and delivery option selected.
Estimated delivery times:
- West Malaysia: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- East Malaysia: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
These are estimated timeframes, and delivery may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Delivery Partners
We work with reliable courier services such as Pos Laju, J&T Express, and DHL eCommerce to ensure your orders are delivered safely and promptly.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s journey.
4. Shipping Areas
We currently ship within Malaysia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Hatstreet will not be responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
6. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us at hatstreet@outlook.com with your order number and tracking information. We will assist in contacting the courier service to resolve the issue promptly.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
We take care to pack your items securely. If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the packaging and items so we can assist with a claim or replacement where applicable.
For parcels confirmed lost by the courier, we will work with you for a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.
8. Shipping During Peak Seasons
During peak periods (sales, festive seasons), processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.
